Automotive Wipes

We would not recommend it. Household disinfectant wipes are built around bleach or quaternary ammonium at concentrations meant for hard kitchen and bathroom surfaces. On a car they can dull clearcoat, dry out vinyl and leave leather brittle. Automotive wipes use gentler solvents and conditioners matched to the finish, which is why they exist as a separate product category.

Yes, and it is our primary format. Single sachets keep the solvent from evaporating, tolerate the heat cycles inside a parked car, and give you a printable face for every SKU. We also produce larger single-cloth sachets for waterless exterior wipes. The trade-offs between sachets, canisters and soft-packs are set out in packaging types for private label wet wipes.

Not when the substrate is chosen correctly. We select nonwoven cloths with no abrasive fibres for paint and clearcoat contact, and reserve tougher substrates for wheels and tires where grime removal matters more than gloss.

That is the whole programme. We custom-print your artwork on each sachet and can build a matched range across interior, glass, leather and wheels so a shelf or kit reads as one family.

Low enough for a first SKU. We work with detailing start-ups launching one product and with accessory retailers running multi-SKU programmes, and we quote MOQ per formula and pack format.

Yes. Formulation, converting, filling and quality control all happen at our facility in Holbrook, New York, which means domestic lead times and no customs exposure.
