A dry wipe has nowhere to hide. With no solution to mask a weak substrate, performance comes down to fibre choice, weight and how the web is bonded, so that is where the specification work goes.
We run spunlace, airlaid and blended nonwovens from roughly 40 to 80 gsm, and finish them as individually wrapped single sachets, sealed counts or interfolded stacks depending on how they are used.

FAQ
Dry wipes FAQ
What is the difference between a dry wipe and a wet wipe?
Only the solution. A dry wipe is the same nonwoven cloth supplied unsaturated, so the user adds water, solvent or nothing at all. That makes shelf life longer, shipping lighter, and the substrate itself far more important, because there is no liquid to compensate for a poor cloth.
What makes a wipe lint-free?
Construction, not coating. Lint free wipes use fibres that are hydroentangled or thermally bonded rather than mechanically held, and edges that are sealed or cut so they do not fray. We select and test for particle shedding when the application is optics, screens or finishing. Lint is the main reason cleaning electronics with wet wipes needs a different substrate from general cleaning.
Do you supply dry wipes individually wrapped?
Yes, and for optics, clinical and sampling use we recommend it. An individually wrapped dry wipe stays dust-free and uncontaminated until the moment it is opened, which a stacked pack cannot guarantee.
Can you supply dry wipes for us to saturate ourselves?
That is a routine order for us. We convert and pack unsaturated cloths matched to your chemistry, so you can add your own solution in-house while we handle the substrate and the format.
What substrates do you offer?
Spunlace, airlaid and blended nonwovens from roughly 40 to 80 gsm, in viscose, polyester, cellulose and plant-based blends. The right choice depends on absorbency, wet strength and how much lint the application tolerates.
Are sterile dry wipes available?
Yes. We produce individually pouched sterile dry wipes for clinical and controlled-environment use, with the validation that claim requires.
